Shipping Policy

At Lulu & Moss, we take great care in preparing and shipping your orders so they arrive safely and on time. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to within Canada only.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Lulu & Moss is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, we’re happy to help.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs office. These charges are not covered by Lulu & Moss.
